I think my fuel pump is bad. I am going to change it, but I am not sure the best way to do it. I don't have any help, so I was going to try and drop the tank. I changed the relay hoping that would fix it, but it did not. If a new pump does not fix it, what should be my next step?

Before you drop the tank let's make sure the pump is getting power but not working, this way you don't waste your time. There is a wiring harness going back to the tank, open it up and find the green and black wire, then use a test light to see if it has power while the key is on.

This guide can help:

Also, I would check for power at the ignition coil, it is the same circuit FYI. Please go over this guide and get back to us.
