We also change and checked the relay and have power out both sides of it. Where do we start to find the power loss to the pump? Vehicle will turn over but will not start and has no fuel pressure.

Hello,

Okay, what fuse did you check? There are two different fuses in use for this circuit. The first is Fuse #12(10A) in the Junction Block which is located behind the left hand side of the dash. This is the fuse that protects the control side(electromagnet) of the Fuel Pump Relay. The next is Fuse #24(20A) in the Power Distribution Center which is located at the right front corner of the engine compartment next to the battery. In the diagrams down below I have included the wiring diagram for your vehicle's fuel pump circuit as well as the diagrams and callouts for the two fuse boxes for reference. Please double check both of these fuses and get back to us with what you are able to find out. We can go from there if needed.

Thanks,
Alex

We checked both of them and they checked out good. Even checked relay and my diagnostic tool says cannot connect to the computer. So I leads me to believe we have a computer problem.

Hello again,

Okay, so in order to check and see if your vehicle's Power-train Control Module (PCM) is faulty or not I have included the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for No Communication with the PCM. You will need to use a multi-meter to do some these test, so I have included a link below for you if you are unfamiliar with how to use a multi-meter.

Please go through these guides, if you need to, and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
