I believe it is clogged and I am wondering if I can use dura lube Fuel system cleaner or if I need to replace the whole system.

Hi,

It is unlikely that the fuel pump is clogged. However, it is possible the filter is plugged. The filter is located in the fuel tank along with the pump. I attached directions below for replacing it.

Before you do this, what is happening? Do you hear the pump turn on for a second when you first turn on the key? Have you checked the fuel pressure?

If you haven't checked pressure, here is a link that explains how it's done:

Let me know what is happening. It may have nothing to do with the fuel system.

Take care,

Joe
