When I turn the key engine turns over but will not start. Checked fuel pump fuse and relay and they are both good. Pulled out fuel pump. It does come on and run when the key is turned to start but does not respond when key is turned to on position.

Hello,

Okay, a vehicle needs three things to start, 1) Fuel . 2) Spark, delivered at the proper time . 3) Compression. If an engine has these three things present, it has no choice but to start. So let's check to see if you are getting spark. I have included a link for you to go to below:

Please go through this guide and get back to us with you what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
