The fuel pump will turn on one time then won't turn on but it does get fuel.

Please be more specific. The pump should run for one second when you turn the ignition switch to "run", then it turns off. It should resume running during engine rotation, meaning cranking or running.

What kind of problem are you having? If you have a crank/no-start condition, have you checked for spark? Fuel pressure tests can be misleading. If you don't have spark, about 98 percent of the time you won't have injector pulses or fuel pump either, but that initial one second the fuel pump runs will result in fuel pressure appearing to be normal.
