How do you hard wire a fuel pump to see if it works need 7 pin wire diagram to straight wire to the battery

You can put power down the inertia switch it is just two wires. Here is the switch location. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

1999 Windstar van is in anti-theft.
mode system is on the dash blinks all the time with the key is on how to reset it.
