You will need a test light. And a simple jumper lead. Connect the test light to a good ground. Then check EFI fuse number two (ten amp) for power on both sides, if power to only one side replace the fuse.
If okay then go to the EFI relay on the left front fender and see if you have power on the white wire with the blue tracer. Next check for power on the C/OPN relay Black wire with white trace when the key is first turned on and the pump gets a prime signal. If you have power then and the pump doesn't turn on to prime, you have either a bad fuel pump relay or the wiring to the pump is faulty. To test that wiring, Unplug the connector from the fuel pump relay and take the jumper wire and connect it to battery positive. Now carefully touch it to the blue wire with orange trace going out of the fuel pump relay connector. If the pump now runs the fuel pump relay is bad. If it does not then the wiring to the pump or ground to the pump is bad. The ground wire (white with a black trace)comes from the pump connector to a connection at the chassis behind the panel on the drivers side behind the seat.
