Sputtering to the point of the engine stalling?

It starts sputtering after about an hour or hour and a half of first starting it, until then it runs awesome. Once it starts the sputtering though it continues to get worse to the point of the engine stalling, it will usually start back after allowing to rest, approximately 1 to 5 mins and then its good again for a few mins.I believe it's my fuel pump and if so what other fuel pumps would be the same PSI?

It does sound like the fuel pump but to confirm the issue we should do a fuel pump pressure test. This guide can help walk you through the test with instructions in the images below for your truck.

At idling: Approximately 350 kPa (3.57 kg/sq.cm, 51 PSI).
