Installed new fuel pump. When I turn key on I here a clicking sound by fill area and the pump dose not turn on.

If you do not hear a humming sound from the pump, try having a helper turn the key on. As soon as they turn the key on, tap the tank a couple times with a mallet or something. If you hear the pump hum for a second or two, then your replacement pump is a dud. Frankly, if it is an aftermarket pump, then I would not be surprised if it was the problem.
If you are hearing a hum, I would ask if you have primed the fuel system since you put the new pump in. When you release the fuel pressure and take the pump out, a lot of air gets into the fuel line and the engine will no't start. To take care of this, after installing the new pump, simply turn the key on for five seconds, and then back off. Repeat twenty times, and then try to start the car. If it does not start, repeat the whole priming process again and see what happens.
