Hi,
The easiest way to determine if it is a fuel-related issue is to see if it starts for a couple of seconds using starting fluid and then stalls.
If it does, then we know it is a fuel-related issue. Other than that, you can check fuel pressure.
The fuel pump on this vehicle is located in the fuel tank. The tank needs to be removed to replace it. I attached a pic below showing the pump.
If you want to check fuel pressure, here is a link that shows how it's done. You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend one to you.
