Fuel Problem

The fuel pump doesn't turn on, despite changing the relays. I have tried almost everything, i changed the fuse links and they're all good, its hard to believe the the fuel pump is bad if i switched it out 8 months ago. I think its an electrical problem.

if there is power to the pump with key on, then yes, the pump has failed.

i think so too, when i put the key in the on, i can hear the relay click but not the pump. The pump is completely silent. nothing. so im guessing i burnt it out.
