Well, I did a fuel pressure test on my car, the test showed with the car not running , but with cycling the key on and off, the pressure some where around 50 - 53 pounds of pressure. Okay, with the car running the pressure still reading at the same reading, but my needle on the gauge begins fluctuating rapidly between 49 - 53 pounds a pressure, and with the car off the pressure drops from 53 pounds a pressure to 29 pounds ps. with in three minutes. can you please help me out and steer me in the right direction? thank you

What was the reason you did the pressure test? No start, hard starting?

One more thing , the car runs good like I was saying , but after it gets nice an hot say I drove and got gas , if I cut the car off and filled up with gas it take hard time to start. Now,If I get gas and leave the car running when I remove the gas top the car begins missing badly and check engine light comes on.

Check the EVAP purge solenoid, you'll probable find it's sticking open.
Will cause both issues as the engine is seeing a vacuum leak with it open. And the hard starting is because you filled it and the purge system starts drawing in a lot of extra fuel vapor through the port.
