Yes it does, but which engine do you have so i can send a correct picture of the unit and location?

I have a 2007 Explorer with a 4.0 engine.

No it actually does not. See my reply on your no start question about it. Fuel pressure is set by the fuel pump module by controlling the ground side of the pumps power. No stand alone regulator involved.

Yeah it would actually be an easier system if it had a regulator instead of the convoluted mess they used.

i agree, would have been much easier if it had a regulator. i did order a pressure control module, hopefully, that will fix it. anything unusual i need to know before i install this.

Did you watch the video I posted to the other thread? The pump driver is basically plug and play.
