Engine cranks but does not start, fuel pressure regulator?

Crank but won't start. Will start with starter fluid being sprayed towards the carburetor but then shuts off immediately afterwards.

Hi,

Either we have a fuel pump issue, or the fuel injectors are not getting power. I need you to check the fuel pump pressure. You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend one to you.

If you look below, I attached the manufacturer's fuel pressure specifications for this vehicle. We need to know if the pump is working properly before we move on to the next possibility.
