I checked my fuel pressure with a gauge and after turning the switch on a off about six or seven times it held at 44 psi. I could not check it at idle because the engine will not fire up. Should I have to do that to get the pressure up or should it come up on one or two tries?

It should be 44 psi the very first time.
If you have 44 psi even after seven tries, and it still will not start you may be either missing fuel injector voltage and/or pulse or no ignition spark. So start by checking the fuel injector fuse/s and for a spark or see if the engine will start and run for a few seconds with some starting fluid, if so then you know it has spark.
The fuel injectors are powered from fuse #3 in the PDC and a auto shutdown relay, to same PDC. That also feeds the ignition coil.

Okay, I put my battery charger on until it had a full charge and it fired right up. Now before I charged the battery it was turning over fine. I do no like it when it does that. Now I do not know if it was just low voltage or what.

Could have been a loose connection. Check the battery cables ends at both ends by twisting real hard and if they move at all, they are too loose.

Okay, recheck everything, fuel pressure, spark, etc. Try some starting fluid too that can substitute for the entire fuel system so if it starts and runs a few seconds, then you know it has spark if not. Check for voltage to fuel injectors with key on run and then a pulse while cranking.

Coil Manufacturer = Diamond
Primary Resistance = 0.96 - 1.18 ohms
Secondary Resistance @ 70°- 80°F = 11,300 - 15,300 ohms

Coil Manufacturer = Toyodenso
Primary Resistance = 0.95 - 1.20 ohms
Secondary Resistance @ 70°- 80°F = 11,300 - 13,300 ohms

No, use a scale closer to the 1 ohm scale, since that is the reading you are looking for. 20k is 20,000 ohms, way too much.
