Hi,
If I'm understanding correctly, you have fuel pressure from the pump, but the fuel injectors are failing to fuel the engine. If that is incorrect, let me know.
So, the first thing I need you to check is fuse 19 in the underhood fuse box (see pic 1). When you check it, make sure there is power to and from it. Note, the fuse should have power at all times regardless of the ignition key position. Here is a link you may find helpful.

If that is good, I need you to go to the injectors. See pic 2. Note that each injector has a yellow wire with a black tracer. That is the power supply for the injectors. Check each one for power. This must be done with the key in the run position.
If there is no power, go back to the fuse box under the hood and switch the PGM relay with a different one in the box having the same part number to see if that makes a difference. If there isn't one to switch, here is a link that explains how to test a relay.
