HAVE CHANGED P/U COIL ROTOR BUTTON,DIS CAP,COIL&P/U, CRANKSHAFT SENSOR, TIMING CHAIN AND PLUGS, STILL NO FIRE.

I see a lot of parts changing but not much testing. You need to test for spark, injector pulse and correct fuel pressure.
As a quick fuel test try starting it with some starting fluid to see if it will run on that. then have the computer scanned for any stored codes.
