Hello,
Could you possibly send us a video of what is happening? Did you drive to the gas station or are you filling it with a gas can? It may be the hose on the filler neck disconnected, this is intended to keep gas from running up and out of it during filling. Otherwise, there is a thick rubber hose going from the filler neck to the gas tank, both of these are big possibilities.
