Fuel issues

Just changed the fuel filter because got codes for lean on bank one and 2. When I took fuel filter out it was filled with brown fluid. Still giving me code for lean on bank one and 2? Also the air entering engine at idle is at 100%, is that normal? Any advice would help and I also have used a fuel system cleaner before the fuel filter replacement.

Bank one code is P0171, but the second one keeps coming on and off. also it says the air entering engine at idle is 100%. does that mean there is an vacuum leak?
