Fuel issues?

I have a fuel problem where I turn the key I don’t hear the fuel pump priming. I had a buddy over and he said I need a new fuse box it had a vacuum problem. I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m in need of help.

Hello, let's check the relay for the fuel pump. This should be in the fuse box on the passenger side of the vehicle's interior, at the floor. You'll have to remove a plastic panel and then the lid for the fuse box. You will see 6 big black relays and 5 small relays between them. The relay in the middle #3 will be the fuel pump relay. Swap it with a neighboring relay and see if the pump starts to work. If not, we can continue from here.
