Fuel injectors did not come out with fuel rail

Fuel injectors did not come out with fuel rail. how do I get them out?

the fuel rail holds the injectors in squirt penetrating oil around bottom of injector then use pliers to wiggle them out and twist at same time Orings are probably holding them in.
