What was dropped into it?
Are you sure it went into the port?
How big was the item?
Has the engine been started?

A cheap screwdriver shaft. The handle pulled off and the shaft fell in. It is about 3" long with diameter of a 10 guage wire. I'm sure it is in there. I haven't done anything to the engine. I am reaching into the port about 8" with a magnet but i think it went farther

The screwdriver shaft is straight so do you think it could have made it to the oil pan?

The fuel injector port does not lead to the oil pan. It goes to the intake manifold and into the cylinders. Remove the spark plug and use a flexible magnet to see if you can retrieve it from there.
