I'm having a cylinder four misfire and trying to replace the fuel injector for that cylinder, but unable to locate where the fuel injectors are.

Hello,
The fuel injectors are located under the intake manifold. To access it you will have to remove the intake manifold.

These injectors are under the upper intake manifold. I will attached the complete process for this but here is a guide that will help with replacing injectors:
