Fuel Injector still receiving a P0305 error code?

After replacing plugs and wires and swapping coil pacs, I'm still receiving a P0305 error code (#5 misfire). I'm pretty sure that it's the #5 fuel injector at this point
After surveying the engine layout, I'm wondering if there is any way that I can replace the #5 injector without removing the lower intake half. It looks as though I can disconnect the fuel rail on that side if I remove the upper intake half and that would give me enough room to pull out the injector.
I would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you so much.

Yep, I would replace the injector which you can do by removing the upper intake only. This guide can help with the misfire issue to help confirm the injector is the issue.

One thing I would absolutely do while you're in there is replace the injector O-rings and grommets, seals rather than reusing the old ones. Lets make sure the cylinder has compression as well.
