Fuel Injector still receiving a P0305 error code?

After replacing plugs and wires and swapping coil pacs, I'm still receiving a P0305 error code (#5 misfire). I'm pretty sure that it's the #5 fuel injector at this point
After surveying the engine layout, I'm wondering if there is any way that I can replace the #5 injector without removing the lower intake half. It looks as though I can disconnect the fuel rail on that side if I remove the upper intake half and that would give me enough room to pull out the injector.

Yep, I would replace the injector which you can do by removing the upper intake only. This guide can help with the misfire issue to help confirm the injector is the issue.

One thing I would absolutely do while you're in there is replace the injector O-rings and grommets, seals rather than reusing the old ones. Lets make sure the cylinder has compression as well.

Thanks for your reply. I did replace the #5 injector along with the seals that came already installed on the injector. However, I now have a slight gasoline smell after driving. Could it be a slight leak at the injector? I don't think I misinstalled it. Also, could the seal(s) on the other two injectors be an issue now? I can't see any wetness anywhere from my view location. Thanks again for any help.

Yes, the other injectors can be leaking, I would use a flashlight to make sure you don't see any fuel anywhere. There will be a little gas smell due to the repair but that should dissipate.
