Changing from fuel injection to carburetor?

I am looking and asking if someone has changed from fuel injection to carburetor system in the vehicle listed above. And if I can change fuel injection to carburetor, I need manuals and some videos if someone please recommend me some and guide me.

We do not recommend this or have seen anyone try it. What seems to be the problem to make you decide to do this?
