The gas gauge does not work. tried a new two. fuel pump no, that is not it. does it have fuses? it has two hundred thousand not twenty miles.

I believe it is fused with the fuel pump. As far as the problem, it could be a couple things. With that many miles, there is a good chance a wire is broken or corroded. Check to see if there is power at the sending unit atop the fuel tank. Also, the body control module can also cause this to not work. That type of check will require the vehicle to be taken to a shop to see if the module is working.
