Where is the fuel filter located?

Where is the fuel filter? Normally it's outside the gas tank; someone told me it's inside the gas tank? Thank you!

Hi,

The fuel filter should be along the body/frame rail under the right side of the vehicle. I attached a pic below. Let me know if you find it.
