When I changed my fuel filter gas continued to pour out of the rear fuel filter line. It was not a trickle. Is this occurrence normal?

Hi,

The system was under pressure. It isn't uncommon for this to happen because it starts a siphon and the fuel will continue draining.

I attached the directions below for you and a link showing in general how it's done. Look through them to make sure everything was done correctly. As long as there are no leaks now, you should be okay.

Let me know if there is something I can do to help.

Take care,

Joe
