Not cranking over issue?

So my truck not turning over and won’t start up. I don’t know if it’s the starter, fuel filter, or need a tune up.

First thing, how old is your battery? Usually a starter will click. Have you tried a jump box or jump from another vehicle to see if it will start then?

KRAKENAUTO is correct, the fact that the engine does not even crank is not good, like a dead battery, but it could be the engine locked up as well. Here is a video to help us find out what is going on.
