Where is the fuel filter located?

I can't find the fuel filter. The motor isn't getting gas, both pumps are working.

This car does not have a fuel filter, it has a fuel strainer at the bottom of the fuel pump (in-tank). Can I ask how you think the engine is not getting fuel? Does it run on starting fluid? Please go over this video to see what the problem might be:

I would try unplugging the MAP sensor and crank the engine over to see if it starts. Here is the location of the sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
