Where is the fuel filter located?

Where is the fuel filter on vehicle listed above, touring van? And also, what would make the d symbol flash but not the p n or r?

We only handle one repair problem per thread so please start a new question for the "d symbol flash" issue and we will handle the fuel filter on this thread. The fuel filter is inside the fuel tank, and they refer to it as a strainer. Here is how to change the fuel filter and fuel pump in which the fuel tank will need to be removed. This video will show you how to drain the fuel:
