Engine floods out and engine shuts off. Cranks back after several spins. Nox ppm fail failed on emissions. Smells like its running rich but no black smoke that I can see. Fuel problem.

Couple things to check for this. Pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator, any fuel in the hoe means the regulator has failed and is adding extra fuel through the vacuum line.
Next would be the coolant temperature sensor. It can fail and make the PCM think it is very cold outside. The result is that it dumps extra fuel into the "cold" engine.
The temperature sensor wiring can fail open and cause the same result.

It is on the fuel rail that feeds the injectors. Left rear corner of the intake manifold.
