Fuel delivery, no fuel pressure in the rail?

I recently replaced my ECM, my coil, my distributor pickup, and my fuel pump in the tank. Now it appears that I turn the key on the fuel rail charges I can start the vehicle it shuts off, no fuel pressure in the rail. Turn the key off turn the key on I have fuel pressure in the rail just enough to fire the motor and then it shuts off, no fuel pressure regulators on this. What is the problem?

The PCM will shut the fuel down if it sees no vacuum or if there is no spark. So, I would check for spark first. this video can help:

I would also see if the MAP sensor is in good condition along with the wiring connector. Here is the location of the MAP sensor and we should run the codes to see if any are stored.
