hello to the best site on the web, i was installing inner tie rod bushings i was bent over engine compartment and inadvertently hit something in the throttle area as i heard two distinct clicks. i looked and did not see what i messed up ,so i finished job and when i was test driving it i noticed upon acceleration it seems to be getting too much gas or fuel if you will, in the mid range after shifting to cruising speed seems fine when driving around town when it shifts into third it seems i think to be getting not enough fuel because i will have to kick down to lower gear to get any response. My question is what ever i hit that clicked.what is it where is it and how do i adjust it back because she ran much before i did that? My second question is i know i have unwanted air pocket in cooling system on the thermostat housing is what appears to be a bleeder valve, how do i get air out using this valve?

You must have codes stored for a problem like that so have them read and go from there.
On the coolant question you open the bleeder while filling until steady coolant comes out of it. You still may have to run the engine through multiple heating and cooling cycles to work all the air out of the system.

Hi Cmzannn,

Here is a link to an article that features written step by step instructions and pictures explaining how to do the scan yourself, also I have included a link to our YouTube channel with a how to video on code scanning. Most scanners are inexpensive to purchase, you can purchase one online from sites like Amazon.com. Once you have the codes please get back to us so that we can further assist you. Thank you for visiting 2CarPros.
