Fuel pressure, will not start

Put fuel pressure gauge on got 40 lbs of pressure. Still will not start. Press Schrader valve and fuel seeps out very slow.

The pressure should be 35-40 lbs. The fact that you have little fuel indicates either your out of fuel or the pump is bad.

You can have pressure with no volume. If that is the case, the fuel pump is the issue.
