if you forget and turn key all the way to crank it will not start until you spray ether in throttle body.

Hello,
This sounds like you could have a problem with your vehicle's ignition switch. In the diagrams down below I have included the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for testing your vehicle's ignition switch. Make sure you check Pin #1(IG1) with a green wire coming from the cavity. Check it to make sure it is clean, not damaged, and corrosion free. This is the wire that feeds the fuel pump with power. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
