Accidentally put a gallon regular gas into the tank when it is only supposed to have premium

I accidentally put about a gallon of regular gas into my Eclipse Spyder GT about a month ago and it is only supposed to have premium. well, my engine started knocking what should I do?

Check your EGR valve could be spark knock problem.

when do you hear the knock, at start up under hard acceleration, is is constant with engine speed or more of a rattle when accelerating?
