Car was displaying reduced engine performance in dash. Car stalled on my wife in the middle of the road. Check relays, fuses etc., all leading to no start just crank. Fuel pump also is not making noise with initial start up.

What are the exact code numbers not code descriptions in the computer? That is where we need to start. if you had a reduced performance light come on that means there is a fault in the throttle by wire system. There is a good chance that is why it will not start if it sees the fault in the computer the engine starting can be disabled for safety reasons.
