Front windshield wiper just working on high speed

My vehicle's front windshield wiper just working on high speed rest of all options are not working. also, front windshield wiper motor not working. I check motor fuse and its performance it is working but by system not working.

Good morning.

I looked at a wiring diagram and it looks like you have either one of two issues.

The wiper switch may not be sending a low speed signal to the wiper motor or the motor itself is the issue.
