Hi can anyone help

DTI model.

Turns over but will not start. I have reprogrammed a different set of ECU and Immo. also, replaced pump with known good all of spare front which started. reprogrammed two keys which open and lock the doors okay turns on and off alarm. when you crank the engine the engine turns over, but does not fire.
I have tech2 which says fuel cut off active there are now no DTC's from the engine or immo.

checked fuses and replaced all relays all okay. the only thing i can see on the truck which does not work is the temperature on the display. surely this would not stop the engine from starting.
any help would be great.

Fuel cut off sounds like a roll over type valve. The US version of that rig (Isuzu Amigo/Rodeo) had one on the early models. It was a simple solenoid valve. Not sure what they did on the overseas versions.
