Front windshield defroster vent not opening

When hitting defrost button on dark blower fires up to full speed but vent doors directing air to front windshield do not open.

Hello,

It sounds like the defroster flap actuator has gone out here is the location so you can replace it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
