Front window defroster not working properly

I just had a blower motor replaced because the air was not coming on. However I just noticed that there’s no heat circulating from the vents used to defrost my front window. It’s blowing just fine from all other vents.

Just to be sure I understand. You have proper air blowing from each vent that is selected but the temperature is not correct?

This is usually a blend door issue. Here is a guide that helps with that:

If it were me, I would replace the blend door actuator as it is not that involved as I attached the process from the manual and then retest. However, I suspect that will solve the issue.
