Front wheels shaking after rebuild engine

I have a 2005 Subaru Forester and my problem consists on after rebuild my whole EJ25 engine I realized that when I’m driving it between 15/20 mph the front wheels shake a lot and they stop with low RPM and than after 55/60mph they shake again
Who has the same problem

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Does it only happen at high RPM's? Are you certain that axles, motor mounts are tight and properly installed?

Hi Joe

My mechanic just replace both front sides CV axle and wheel bearings. Also he told me that my knuckle is bent probably when he put the bearings, but I never heard something about knuckle bent while replacing bearings.
It’s shacke while I’m 20/25 mph and after 50/60 mph in low gear and high RPM.
My mechanic use to work on Subaru dealer like a mechanic.

Hi and welcome back:

The wheel/hub bearings are pressed both out and into the steering knuckle. It's possible that something may have bent because of the pressure required to install. However, that isn't your fault and you shouldn't be responsible. And yes, if the knuckle is bent or damaged, it can cause this problem.

Hi Joe,

So my mechanic will take a look next Saturday and he told me that he bought both knuckles and they should be replaced and then I’ll let you know. Also after replacing it I will have the alignment and balancing done just to be sure.

Sounds like a plan. Once the work is done, let me know if it takes care of the problem. Again, if he bent them, I don't feel you should be responsible.
