Front upper control arm?

I just replaced the front upper control arms on my vehicle, and I noticed that my driver side tire was really towed in. so, I took it back off and went to remove the control arm got one of the bolts out and then the other one is halfway out but the arm is kind of like twisted in there and I don't know I cannot get it to come out and I don't know which way to jack it up or not jack it up.

Hi,

With the vehicle safely lifted, place a jack under the lower control arm and slowly lift it to see if that helps. Make sure not to lift the vehicle off the main jack supports.

As far as the tow-in, that shouldn't have happened unless you had one of the tie rods removed. However, when you remove the upper control arms, the camber will need to be readjusted (alignment). That is related to the top of the tire's position. If it is tilted in or out, that is the tire's camber that needs to be adjusted.
