I have purchased two strut assembly's (Gabriel) specifically for my car. However there is no way to re-affix the brake hose and the ABS sensor line to the side of the struts - no holes for bolts -no tabs, etc. Struts purchased from Rock Auto, I did receive the correct struts (for my car). Any idea on a work around to attach my brake hose and ABS sensor? Do not want to leave them just dangling there. Thank you, Bill

Most commonly used option - Zip Ties. Better option is to drill a couple holes for the OEM tabs used with the old struts. Use a self tap screw like a #10.

I thought of the Zip-Tie option, but was wondering about another option. Will check that out when the time comes. Not installing the new struts until Friday. Thanks

Sort of surprised the replacements do not have the holes, although they might be a sort of "universal fit" because GM used the same strut design for a lot of years.

Apparently that is the case. I spoke with RockAuto not much help other than that I may have to "rig" something else up to affix them. I would think that something should be built into it at least for the brake hose going to the caliper, then you have the issue of some cars with ABS also! Thanks again.

The way after market parts (and some OEM as well) are getting I am surprised when they actually fit. I do not know how many times an "exact fit" did not.
If you run into any issues or need information just give a yell.
