When driving 60-70 MPH there is a shimmy that comes and goes?

Front struts seem strong, but at 60-70 MPH there is a shimmy that comes and goes. Wheels and tires are good and balanced. I've read where this year range had issues with front ends, so looking at a front-end kit with tie rod ends and ball joints and stabilizer link kits. Then have an alignment done. Am I missing anything?

That should fix it, I have seen the lower ball joints/tie rod ends being worn out and cause this problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Have all the parts, but have to wait for warmer weather, no shop.
