Clearly this is hard to know for sure what this could be due to not being able to drive the vehicle to feel what you are. So based on what you are describing this would make sense that the strut would be the cause. However, when you say you replaced the suspension and struts, what other components have you changed?
I attached a picture of the suspension. The strut is number 3, what else have you replaced?
The other common cause of this is tires. When the tires are worn, you feel everything in the road so let's check them and go from there.
