Front shocks, what the torque spec on the top tendon and the 2 bottoms?

I need to know what the torque spec on the top tendon and the 2 bottoms are. Thanks

The middle of the three shown below apply to your truck.

For the top stud, with that design, the nut never gets torqued, or even tightened. To do so will squish the bushings and lead to an early failure. The nut is tightened just until the rubber bushing expands to the same diameter as the washer., and no more. That leaves the bushings with the ability to flex.
