Steering wheel shaking when driving 35-60MPH and front right tire might be the problem, I think.

Hi,

If the wheel is shaking, make sure there are no bubbles on the tire that would cause it to create a vibration. Confirm the tire is worn evenly.

If the tire appears good, then lift that wheel safely off the ground. Place your hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and try to wiggle the wheel. This will help identify if there is an issue with a tie rod. Next, place your hands at 6 and 12oclock and do the same. This checks for ball joint issues.

In addition, there is an intermediate shaft, pitman arm, and an idler arm that can have excessive play. You will notice play in those components when checking tie rod ends.

I attached a pic below and highlighted areas to check. If possible, let me know why you suspect the tire.

Take care,

Joe
