Hi,
Have you checked to make sure the tire is tight? Also, oftentimes worn brakes will cause this or even a wheel bearing.
What I suggest is this. First, lift the left front tire from the ground and spin the tire to see if you hear the noise. Also, while you have better access, make sure nothing in the inner fender (plastics) has come loose or appears to be rubbing.
Next, place your hand on the tire (3 and 9 o'clock) and wiggle the wheel to see if you feel any excessive play. Do the same with your hands at 6 and 12 o'clock.
Start with this so we can have a better understanding of where the noise may be coming from.
